Submitting an online quote request, callback form, or application through insurixpro.com does not bind, alter, or guarantee insurance coverage, nor does it establish a specific premium rate.
Insurance coverage becomes effective only after an application is approved by an insurance carrier, all underwriting and down-payment requirements are satisfied, and a written binder or policy declarations page is issued.
Insurance solicitation, quoting, and policy placement are subject to state producer licensing and carrier appointment rules. Where state-specific producer license numbers or surplus lines disclosures apply, they are provided on formal quote proposals and binding documentation.
